Program Description
The Pointe Apartments offers a text messaging (SMS) program for our residents and prospective residents. When you opt in, we use this program to send you messages related to your residency, including rent reminders and payment notices, maintenance and service request updates, and community announcements such as planned water shut-offs, office updates, key or mailbox changes, and policy notices.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from The Pointe Apartments by providing your mobile phone number to us—for example, on a leasing or contact form, in person at our office, or by texting our office number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of leasing or any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and on community events that require notice.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply provide your number to us or text us as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

We do not sell or share your personal information, mobile phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
